it's sparkling water, which literally means 'danish water'.
we like to call it like it is. that, too, by the way, is very danish. and there is
just something charmingly delightful about danskvand. it holds a promise of something more. it’s a conscious decision to strive for something other than plain water, to rise above the ordinary, and to immerse yourself in bubbly, good energy.
